While the house was on the market, she held Realtor's® open houses, advertised consistently and expansively, and was very considerate about letting us know well ahead of time when she wanted to show the house. During the negotiation phase, we felt that she was very much on our side and cared about our best interests. Even after the closing, Susan helped connect us to movers and people who could help us empty the contents of the house we were not bringing with us. She consistently went above and beyond on our behalf.
