This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own one of the most iconic harborfront properties on Nantucket. "Blue Waters" was designed by William Edward Shepherd, built in 1937 and has been in the same family since 1972. The property offers direct beachfront and harbor access, a private, red clay tennis court, eight bedrooms, two car garage and outstanding panoramic views of the harbor and beyond. The main living room has a large center fireplace and its vaulted, rib ceiling depicts the inside of a large ship. There are two sets of doors that lead to a spacious, covered porch, ideal for family gatherings, sunsets, beach activities and the ever changing boating landscape! There is no other property like this and it awaits its next steward!
